Feeling Alone in Life? – Solution
Hey! wonderful readers of mine. Today we will discuss a very serious problem of our life “The Feeling of being alone”. I have also suffered from this “feeling alone” type feeling so, I can better understand the condition. Further in this article, first of all, we will try to understand the problem of feeling alone. And then move towards the solution. In such type of condition, we begin feeling alone in our life suddenly without any reason and sometimes due to a reason. We feel like crying, we feel like lost and depressed in our life. Neither our mental condition allows us to do any work nor to do enjoyment. And this happens in both the conditions that I am going to mention below-
1. Due to New Place and People
The very first condition is in which we are alone in real, means suppose we have moved to a new place due to our work or studies, and don’t know anyone there. Or we are away from our family. In such conditions, we have a strong feeling of being alone as we really don’t have anyone there. And this one feeling is natural as we can’t do anything so soon. Making friends takes time and we have to wait till we come into the contact of others. In such a condition, we need patience and some other things.
2. Due to Some Incident or Sometimes Without Any Reason
Then comes the second condition in which we have everything in our life as usual but suddenly we start feeling alone, lost and depressed. Now, in this condition, the words lost and depressed plays a very important role. As here we are not feeling alone only but also have a condition of depression. As being alone only is not a that big problem but feeling lost and depressed along with the feeling of being alone is a serious matter to consider. We will discuss one by one both the problems. That much is enough for us to understand in which condition we are lying.
Now after discussing the problems, let us come to the solutions to the problem. Here we will learn to know here that how to deal with the conditions mentioned above. So, let’s get started-
As in the first condition we have seen that the feeling of being alone was because we are really alone in that case due to the change of our environment and surrounding.
- The first thing that we really need to do in our that condition of life is that we should keep patience. As, when we move to a new place due to work or any other reason, we are alone there as everyone whom we know or chill with, got left at the place from where we came. Hence, we need to give life some time so that we can have new friends and people in our life. Hence, there are some things that we need to keep in mind in such condition.
Just because you have changed your city and you don’t know someone in the new place, Don’t stop going out. Never get packed into the room for a long time as whenever you got packed feeling alone in the room, you started going into the depression condition. So, go out shopping, for a walk, to have some snacks. Yes, I know that it seems weird to go out for all those things alone but you should it is not a problem at all.
The very first rule to keep in the mind is that never ever got dependent on others for your happiness. Actually what happens is that when we remain isolated from the world for a long time our mind started to get into the boundaries. You will not be able to think creative, productive and come up with new ideas. And the reason behind that I think is the energy. The energy that we get from the other people.
As we all have felt that, we started feeling good, happy, filled with the good vibes when we met some positive people. And on the other hand, we have some people also whom with we feel like chocking, depressed and receives negative vibes. Therefore, when we go out at some good place we come in contact with many people visually and get some positive energy from the people having more positivity than us.
Hence it always helps us to visit some places like a shopping mall, in a park, at a party etc. Just one thing for all the rubbish I have said above is that don’t pack yourself just because you don’t know anyone there.
- The second thing is that learn to approach people in your life. This will be helpful for you both the personal as well as professional life. So, at your new workplace do not remain isolated just because you don’t know anyone there. Ask your doubts, ask about the attractions of that place and many more things are there to discuss. Always work as a team if you are in an office, and always study like a team if you are in an institute.Nowadays we have seen that social media just replaced all the physical connections. Previously we first met physically and use media to remain in touch. But in today’s world, we first started talking on the social media and then approaches the person physically. No, problem what way you are trying but just try. Do not accept the loneliness of your life if you don’t like it. After some time you will start feeling good in your life. Go out, enjoy your life, do best in your life, make good friends. Because without friends and family we have no one in our life to be happy and share our problems.
That was about the first problem of loneliness in which we were feeling alone just because of the change in our environment. Now we will talk about the problem in which we not only feel alone but also feel depressed and lost in our life. And I personally think that this is one more serious problem to face. Don’t worry it will be easy-
Before discussing the solution of the problem let us see some possibilities that can move us to the condition of loneliness. Sometimes it is just without any reason. We suddenly started feeling bad in our life and lost in the flow of life. As your life will be going on as it was going we started feeling alone, bad and lost. Sometimes we started feeling alone also because of the reason that I have discussed above.
Whereas sometimes failure becomes the reason for such a condition. As suppose you and your friends are trying for something but your friends got succeeded but you don’t. And similarly, if we talk about other reasons Love affairs may come in that, fight with a close friend, any argument with the family members etc. That was all about the problem now let us move on to the solutions-
- The very first thing is same as of above that I think is important to avoid being alone in such conditions. Do not lock yourself in the room, be social. Go out with your friends if they were available and by chance if they are not then going alone but just go. And don’t think before going out. Just grab your phone, put on earbuds and move out for a gentle walk. If there were any park go there, any nice place to visit go and visit it. You will find that before going you were not feeling good and also was not in the mood to go out. But after going out you felt good.
Your mind will relax and all the feelings of depression and negative thoughts will vanish out. And this will help you a lot. Go for a movie if you could with your friends or without them, doesn’t matter. When you will come in the connection of the other, you yourself will feel good. You won’t believe whenever I was in such conditions it feels like the life is sucking and there is nothing in life to do. I just make myself ready and went out. Like the way, I have discussed above and I definitely started feeling good.
- The second thing I would like to recommend you is that every time you were suffering from such feeling open YouTube and watch some motivational videos of any motivational speaker you think is good. Because sometimes by just wandering without any motive gives us a motive. Motivational videos always help us in all aspects, they give us mental strengths as well as the power to face the problems. There are many you-tubers all over the world who posts thousands of videos daily. To find them is your work.
Have some good books start reading them and learning from them. Have some motivational pod-casts that might help you. In today’s world of technology, there are thousands of ways to have access to the different things. The very common thing is that try to find out what is the problem in the life and start solving it. Motivation is one of the things that will help you in your life. And it is scientifically proved also that our mind is more responsive to the audio and video concepts. So, keep on getting motivation.
- The third thing is that never be aimless in your life as it is a big problem in itself not to have any motive in life. Without motive, motivation is unusable. Actually, our mind is one of the most complex things in the world so, try to play with it and control it. Being aimless is dangerous as your mind doesn’t have any direction to go. So, when you have something to do, you wouldn’t think about other rubbish.
In the vacant or free time always try to find out the ways of getting up in the life and plans to get you to aim accomplished. And always do something extra you are doing. Suppose you are going to college and have a regular college life. Then, pick up an extracurricular activity and start focusing on it. Every time you are feeling alone just get up and start practising your activity as it will not your friends to be with you. And always decide some small goals and try to achieve them. Once achieved go for another in the same field.
- Then there comes the fourth one, last but not the least “Problem”. Sometimes the feeling of loneliness comes due to some problems. So, try to find the problem then the solutions of it. As living with the problem is not the solutions. So, sit-back and think-over the problem which is causing you the “feeling alone” feeling. If you have some unsettled matters, go and settle them. As it will help you release your mental stress. Have a fight with someone, go and try to solve it, life is too small to consider all such matters for a long time.
No one in this world is without problems, everyone has something to feel sad for. Hence don’t get sad if you have any problem just go and face it. See all the possibilities of resolving the issue and be happy. And one day you will consider that, yes that thing was too small to consider and feel sad.
